Dianna Winters has a history of great service in the Federation Earth Government that most higher-ups treat her with respect. She grew up in a rich family but knew at an early age she wanted to be a part of the military. Dianna racked up a huge reputation for having amazing combat and tactically senses. She is known to come out of most of the fights with little to no casualties. Even though she could have easily climbed the ranks by now she remains a mech pilot. She is now the Captain of the new squadron aboard the brand new Bahamut Battle Cruiser.
