Even if you don’t pilot the mechs you will still have some sort of connection with them. There are several types of mechs that are used both inside of combat and out.

 

For combat, you have the Vanguard Mechs designed to be in the front-line during fights,

 

Support Mechs made to support the rest of the team in some sort of way.

 

Unique Mechs fill special and unique roles that other mechs can't do onthe team.

 

Outside of combat, you have Worker Mechs that help with building and repair of other things.
