We have military academies in every major dome city on Earth. If you live in the dome city where the military academy is located that is the one you will go to. For those living in the space colonies that determines military academy, you will go to. If you live in Alpha you will go to the Europe Military Academy, Bravo goes to Asia, Charlie goes to Africa, and Delta goes to North America.
